A graduate of the University of Montana, where she studied Business Administration and Marketing, she combines razor-sharp organizational instincts with a genuine passion for creating delightful experiences for people. Whether she’s streamlining workflows, or rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision, Kate brings unwavering focus and great energy to every engagement.
For our clients, Kate is the ultimate guardian of scope, schedule, and sanity. She navigates every milestone—from the first discovery call to final launch —with clear, candid communication and a commitment to excellence. Behind the scenes at Gecko, she’s also responsible for building operational workflows and resource-management systems that keep the entire agency humming. Kate onboards and mentors our new Project Managers, imparting the same high-performance standards that have become her signature.
