As CEO and CFO, she oversees finance, human resources, and daily operations, ensuring every facet of the business runs smoothly. A model and advocate for women in business leadership, she never misses a client deadline and lives by her signature motto, “Let’s make it happen,” bringing that relentless drive to every project.
Beyond her executive responsibilities, Melissa also oversees select client accounts, infusing each engagement with razor-sharp intelligence and strategic insight. Whether she’s fine-tuning budgets, streamlining workflows, brainstorming tactical solutions, or nurturing key relationships, everything moves faster, smarter, and better under her guidance. Melissa is an active participant in the nationally acclaimed Agency Management Institute’s Owners’ Group, a membership-based peer group for agency owners. In 2024, Melissa graduated from Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses program, further honing her skills in scaling and leading a successful agency.
