With a younger, fast-changing force and a patchwork of past logos, the Missoula Police Department needed a unifying identity that honored its history while embracing the future. Gecko led discovery sessions with leadership and veteran officers to distill MPD’s core values—service, safety, and respect—into a clean, modern logo that balances tradition with timeless design. Supported by badge and patch variants and a concise style guide, the new brand brings consistency across uniforms, vehicles, and materials, strengthening recruitment efforts and presenting a cohesive, professional image to the community.
