VolumeRoom Studios is a fully equipped, self-service music rehearsal space. Designed for beginners, casual players, and bands needing pro-level gear, the space offers hourly rentals with zero human interaction: book online, get your door code, walk in, plug in, and play.
Volume Room needed more than just a website—it required a seamless, automated system for bookings, payments, access control, and feedback without staff on-site. Gecko delivered a custom WordPress MVP with eCommerce functionality, enabling users to reserve time slots, pay online, and receive automated confirmations. Behind the scenes, the site integrates with IoT hardware to generate unique door codes, control power to outlets, and send post-session cleanliness check-ins. The result is a full-circle solution that makes rehearsal as effortless as picking up a guitar—letting musicians focus on making noise, not navigating logistics.
