Setting the Stage for Digital Success
Missoula Children’s Theater (MCT, Inc.) produces quality performing arts programming for the Missoula community, while also offering the world’s largest touring children’s theatre. Its aging website no longer showcased shows effectively or guided visitors through ticket purchases, class sign‐ups, or donations. They needed a modern, search‐friendly site that highlights their offerings, streamlines ticket purchasing, and would make backend updates simple for staff.
MCT’s previous website made it difficult for users to explore its many programs—navigation was confusing, pages loaded slowly, and key actions like purchasing tickets or registering for workshops were buried. The site also lacked SEO optimization and was challenging for staff to update, limiting MCT’s ability to grow its reach locally and nationally.
We delivered a responsive WordPress redesign with clear navigation paths for distinct audiences, including community members and tour organizers. A custom “Presenter Materials” section now streamlines the distribution of tour-related resources, while CRM integration and a simplified checkout flow make it easy for visitors to buy tickets or register for workshops directly from each program page.
